| Hello!!
We are looking for an easy-going, respectful, sustainability-minded housemate (prefer ~25-35 yrs old, although not 100% strict on that) to join us in a Brunswick house. We are two guys that work / study and so although we are very sociable and enjoy having dinner together and with guests, the house isn’t a party house.
The house is a three-bedroom place in a great location close to Sydney Rd and the Upfield bike track. We have solar panels, a veggie garden, loads of natural light and plenty of space in the house. The room has BIR (photos attached). Room rent is $672 per month, and we split bills three ways (including NBN FTTP internet). Bond is one month’s rent.
