| Looking to fill the master bedroom, in a relaxed, 3 bedroom house in Brunswick West.
The bedroom is quite large, and has a modern ensuite and large walk in robe, which are self-contained together on an upstairs level. The walk in robe is large enough to fit a desk - we have used it as a study at times. The bedroom also has a large, mirrored built in robe.
Downstairs, the house has a large open plan living/dining, with wooden floor boards. The kitchen is modern and in good condition. The house is furnished (other than the upstairs bedroom), but could potentially fit more furniture if you have things to bring!
Outside is a sunny courtyard and garden. We're keen gardeners, and have planted a number of herbs and veggies.
The room has come available because the existing occupants (a couple) are moving overseas. The house would be shared with two remaining housemates (one male, one female) in their late 20s/early 30s, and a kelpie.
We have leased the property for 18 months already, and are on an ongoing periodic lease. |
