| Detailed Description |
| We are seeking an easy going person or couple to rent a room in our townhouse. We're looking for clean people who are respectful toward others and have a similar lifestyle to ours. We are a professional couple who like to socialise on occasion but typically prefer a quiet night in with a movie or various TV shows during the week.
The house is fully furnished (bring your own bedroom furniture) with internet and a spare room upstairs that can also be setup as a second living area.
The available room has floorboards, balcony and built in wardrobe and you also have use of your own bathroom with separate shower and bath and plenty of storage space.
Parking is on street with 3 public transport options (two bus routes and a ferry) and supermarket and cafes within a couple hundred meters.
Rent is $250 per week for a single person or $187.50 each for a couple, paid calendar monthly in advance on the 25th of each month. Bond is the standard 4 weeks rent.
We prefer non smokers as one of us is in the process of quitting. We also have a cat who drops in and out as they usually do.
