| 1 bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house share. The bedroom easily fits a queen bed and side tables or study table. There is a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with your own private shower, toilet and wash basin.
The available room is on the ground floor of a town house. There is direct access from the bedroom to the communal courtyard area. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is.
The 1st floor has a large open plan kitchen/living area and a dining room. There is a gas hob, fridge/freezer/oven and a balcony with a BBQ.
The 2nd floor has 2 more bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom.
Your prospective housemates are both in their mid 20's, working full time, enjoy chilled weeknights and some times have afternoon BBQ's or roast dinners during the weekends.
The house is approx 5 mins walk to Chapel Street. Tram no 6 stops literally outside the street. Prahran Station is a 10 minute walk away or 2 tram stops.
All bills are split 3 ways - electricity, water, gas and internet.
Rent is $935 pcm. Available from 18 Dec 2015.
We're looking for a responsible housemate who's able to keep the place clean and tidy, clean up after themselves and respect each other's privacy and be considerate in this shared space.
Inspections are welcome; 6.30pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and flexible over the weekends. |
