| I'm going overseas to study abroad and I am looking for someone to stay in my room until mid August 2016.
The Hawthorn house is a 4 storey apartment house with a shared lounge and kitchen with a television, rest area and pool table (free). Laundry machines and an attractive garden are also accessible for residents of the Hawthorn House.
My room includes a desk, 2 wardrobes, set of drawers, single bed, chair, heater and an ensuite bathroom with shower. I will leave my computer gear accessible for the leaser which includes two 25 inch monitors, a keyboard and mouse, high speed internet and high quality speakers. I will also leave bedding (sheets, doona, pillows) and access to pots and pans for cooking if desired.
Bond is $1000 for room condition and $1000 for computer condition ($2000 total).
