2 Rooms available and it includes all bills. I have a newish 4 bedroom House with 2 Lounges with tv's and 2 Bathrooms. Looking to fill two of the bedrooms. The house is in Brookfield. Boasting a beautiful bbq area under a new Verandah with merbau decking. The house is nearly 4 years young. Beautiful landscaped gardens. Plenty of free street parking. Dishwasher, Gas Ducted Heating. Ceiling fans in all rooms. All rooms come furnished (or unfurnished) already with either Double Bed, Queensize Bed or Single bed, including bedside tables and built in Wardrobes. All rooms come with a keyed door lock. The house is fully furnished, it is in a quiet and safe location. Close to bus stop, just down the road. Just over 2 kms to Train, Major shopping centre and Melton Uni. No pets or smokers. Rooms are available the end of October 2015.
*Shared Kitchen, Dining and Laundry.
I have 3 options available. All options come with adsl internet (soon to be NBN), gas, electricity, water.
FIRST ROOM OPTION-$170 per week (furnished or unfurnished)
Queen size bedroom with Queen bed, mattress, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, beautiful window furnishings, ceiling fan. Bills are included. Access and free adsl internet (soon to be NBN), gas, electricity, water. Access to Lounge, to share with one other room only. Access to bathroom and toilet with one other room. Access to Entry door and shared with one other person. Tv brackets on each bedroom wall, so you can watch your own (byo) Tv for bedrooms only. Tv in lounge. Couples are $15 per week extra each room. ie $185pw for couples per room.
2ND ROOM OPTION-$160 per week (Furnished or Unfurnised)
Double sized bedroom with Double bed, mattress, bedside tables, built in wardrobes, beautiful window furnishings, ceiling fan. Access and free adsl internet (soon to be NBN), gas, electricity, water. Access to Lounge, to share with one other room only. Access to bathroom and toilet with one other room. Access to Entry door and shared with on other person. 3RD ROOM OPTION-$310pw (Furnished or Unfurnished)
You have full access to both rooms in Option 1 and Option 2 which is (2 Bedrooms) and a Lounge Room. You have your own bathroom and toilet. So that is 5 Rooms that is all yours!!! You also have your own access to the Entry door. You have total privacy with your own lounge room. All bills included, including gas, electricity, water and internet. Just think about it, no more bills at all after you pay $310pw. This is a great way to save for a house, as shown on A current Affair show. Would suit a young family. Great for overseas people. Organise a time to view. You will love it!!! Tv in lounge.
