| Sunny, quiet room with a balcony facing the backyard. Bedroom has an ensuite. The house is about 11 years old, nice and clean. There are two other people living here, both working full-time. The rent includes utilities and wifi. We are a happy household and looking for a self-reliant, amenable person. Easy walk to Stanmore railway station and buses, close to schools, University of Sydney, UTS and RPA. Lovely neighbours. The room is unfurnished. There are built in wardrobes in the room. You will have full access to living areas and kitchen. New appliances, including washer and dryer. Low maintenance compact backyard with barbecue.
Happy to share cooking and groceries or separate arrangement - very flexible with this. |
