| Hi,
I am advertising a room to share with myself in a three bedroom unit in Newcomb. It's a quiet part of the area, surrounded mostly by large properties. The unit is large (more like a house), has ducted heating, dishwasher, parking, free internet (all other bills extra but they're quite cheap due to solar panels) and is only a bit over a year old.
The bedroom available is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished, besides a washing machine which I will be purchasing soon. There's a small back area which is good for a bbq but not a lot else (no garden). I'm looking for a full-time worker, preferably female and a non-smoker. I work full-time in retail.
Photos are of the place before I moved in (not too much has changed). Tthe bedroom pic doesn't really do it justice as it's quite large. I can send more if needed. There is an extra room that can be used for storage or a spare bedroom if needed. I'm considering having two people in if I can find the right people (one for the other room) and then rent will be around $100 each. |
