| Beautiful 3 bedroom house in Bellevue Hill between The Sheaf and Bondi Junction. The house is a large and liveable home, fully furnished with a courtyard area, tropical garden and hot tub.
Located in a quiet street with easy street parking. 5 minute drive to Bondi Beach and surrounding beaches and parks. Close to public transport (bus at the end of the street) and Double Bay shops.
We are a couple who share with one other female. All work professional hours and have quite nights during the week which might include going to the gym and cooking a meal and have a glass of wine. Weekends normally consist of a clean on Saturday and out and about unless we are entertaining/BBQ at home - which is always fun and includes all.
I have a small dog (poodle x maltese), who does not bark or shed hair. She is well behaved, not annoying and is fun and great company. Luca has a British Blue cat. He keeps to himself (as cats do). Ideally we would like someone that appreciates pets and understands that awareness of where the pets are so as to close doors behind them.We have a really lovely house that we appreciate!
I'm looking for someone who is happy to contribute in a positive manner to the household. I expect that they would clean up after themselves and assist with all other cleaning duties, like the bathroom, vacuuming, garbage out etc. Ideally you would work full time and have a similar lifestyle. (I understand if you are new to Sydney and looking for a place short term, thus not working)
We don't live in each other's pockets and have lives of our own, however we have found that it is nice to have the odd BBQ and dinner together. We get along as friends. |
