| Housemate wanted to move into a conveniently located South Melbourne house.
Located on Clarendon street above a cafe, it offers great access to public transport (trams), restaurants, supermarkets etc
A very comfortable house always kept clean with fully furnished common areas. Laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer. Parking space is available in the garage directly downstairs.
You will be sharing the house with two other housemates in their mid twenties. One male and one female, a musician and a dancer.
We are looking for an easy going housemate to move in sometime after the 29th of June, for a 11 month lease.
Bond will be $675 and rent ($672) will be paid upfront per month. Utilities will be divided between all housemates. There is access to wifi.
