| Hi I'm urgently looking for someone to take over my lease on a lovely spacious 2 bedroom unit in South Yarra. The house has a kitchen (with laundry capabilities) a big open lounge area then long hall way leading down to the 2 big bedrooms and the bathroom. There is heating in the lounge which is awesome this time of year! There's also1 off street car parking space. The location is amazing! Incredibly close to the train station and trams, lots of gorgeous shops close by and walking distance to chapel street and super markets. The house will be available from the 12th of June and the lease is from the 19th of June until the 19th of July. The real estate will offer a new lease after this time. The unit is $428 per week and a bond of $1712. |
