| Room available in Dulwich Hill house. Spacious room front of the house with included dresser with full length mirror, air conditioning. 4 bedroom house hold sharing with 3 friendly students. House includes seperate indoor toilet and shower/bath/sink, outdoor toilet, lounge room with TV, sizeable kitchen, laundry (just the washer no dryer), very large backyard with lawn and fruit trees - suitable for a pet, pool table, driveway with a bit of covering and hardwood floors. House is close to buses that gotto city/SydUni (428,426) also 445 and 418 (goes to UNSW). Close to lightrail station (2 mins away) and Dulwich HIll/Lewisham train station (15mins away). Close ito IGA and local cafes/shops/restaraunts.
Room available for individual persron $210/week or a couple $260/week. We don't have any pets but they are welcome. Smoking or non-smoking, Utilities aren't included in the rent and we pay for gas,electricity, water and internet (TPG$60/month) and split that evenly. We are an easygoing and friendly household and having friends around is fine and some of us work late hours in hospitality. The room is the largest in the house and has airconditioning and a big clothes dresser included.
Looking for someone too move in for at least 3 months (preferably) and the bond is two weeks rent plus $770.
