| WE are fairly quiet housemates as we start work at 3.30am, so early nights and sleep during the day.
Flat is on the second floor in a quiet building/area. Two bathrooms pretty much means one each!
Great location; close to the city, UNSW, beach, SCG, shops and bus stops.
Perfect for a couple or student, but no preference. Long term preferred.
Must be cat friendly.
Smoking outside permitted.
Room is currently furnished with a bed, drawers and desk. Some/all of this can be removed if necessary.
Flat is fully furnished, including washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
$350 for couple, $300 for single, all bills including wifi included. |
