| Hello I am Robyn, a mature professional working in the education sector. I am looking for a female to share a townhouse in a lovely tree lined street in Camberwell.
I am a friendly and sociable person who enjoys the company of people and respects others disposition and privacy.
I am looking for a similar mature woman who also has similar values. I would also strongly consider a female student.
The townhouse is a two bedroom household fully furnished (Optional your bedroom)and we would be sharing other areas as well as all utility bills. The weekly rent will be $200. I am open to changes that may be required if you have your own furniture or other personal items.
The town house is in a lovely and quiet tree lined street, close to public transport and most amenities. Universities are also close by.
