| Hello :-).
Reasonable sized room (3.5m x 2.8m) available in Northcote on the 28/03/15.
The room is part of a two-bedroom ground floor unit with private courtyard, within a friendly small block of apartments, located on Simpson Street. The room comes unfurnished, has a built in robe with mirror, and is quite dark due to a fig tree and shed shading the window (I'm sure we can chop some of fig trees branches back to let in some more light if desired).
The unit is approximately 5 mins walk from Dennis train station (at end of street), 12 mins walk from Westgarth train station, and 15 mins walk from Westgarth tram stop/High street.
Now something about us!
My girl friend and I (both 27 years old) have recently moved up from Tasmania (about 2 months ago), and therefore have only just settled into the Melbourne life routine. We are into chilling to music, gardening, reading/studying, bushwalking, yoga, camping and adventures. We both don't really want to live in the fast lane, and are happy just plodding along, learning and having a good time.
We don't mind whether you are a girl or guy (sorry no couples due to space limitations) but would prefer someone in the age bracket of 22 - 35 years old who is keen to stay around for at least 6 months. It would also be great if the person was easy going, didn't mind the occasional beer/wine (e.g. while reading/studying/listening to music), and didn't listen/care for 'Aussie hip hop'.
