| Detailed Description |
| This is a lovely, spacious, and bright room in a large apartment in hawthorn. Just off of Glenferrie road, the apartment is split level with three bedrooms and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other female. The apartment has all cooking and ammentities and a laundry complete with washing machine and dryer. A large balcony and living area are downstairs along with the kitchen and laundry and a bathroom. Upstairs are the three bedrooms; a couple rent the main bedroom with its own bathroom. The room for rent is the larger of the other two bedrooms and is bright and airy at the front of the house. Its super duper close to the main shops, pubs, train station (about a 600 metre walk down the street!!) It's a great area very trendy and cool. The rent is 170 per week, and a bond of a months rent (680) will need to be paid upon moving in. I need to find someone fast so its available immediately, or if you would like to come in on the 8th of april as thats when the rent is paid. We are all students so a student or young person would be ideal male or female! |
