Hi, I'm Kym, a 28yo businessman looking for an easygoing, friendly new housemate. I'm a relaxed, outgoing guy who loves music and spending time with mates.
The townhouse is only 3 years old, situated in a leafy, quiet street close to buses and trains, about a 7min drive to La Trobe uni.
The large, vacant room is downstairs, has heating and cooling, built in robes and it's own back yard entrance! There is extra storage space, and an office/study which is free to use most days. You also have your own ensuite, with a seriously great shower! European laundry is also downstairs.
Upstairs is a fully furnished, modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, lounge and the BEST balcony- great for a quiet one at the end of a long day! My room and bathroom are also upstairs.
