A spacious sunlit double room with a standard built in cupboard (hanging and shelf space) and fabric window blinds. Space available to comfortably add a desk or set of drawers.
The large bathroom shared with the smaller room has both a shower and separate bath. The other smaller room available does not have a built in cupboard, however there is space for a cupboard. Optional to keep the third room free as a study/spare room/storage or rent it out to another. Rent would then be adjusted accordingly as the price advertised is for the larger room.
I'm 39, well travelled and looking to share this great apartment with like minded people who'd also like to share and appreciate a comfortable, happy and sociably balanced home (ie friendly, polite, considerate and understanding when others sometimes need their own time too), treating each other with mutual respect.
Room is well suited for someone in their 30’s who is clean, tidy who understands the basics of a flat share and happy to share a meal /drink together every now and then.
