| hi there,
i'm jess. i'm currently looking for a flatmate to share my two bedroom apartment. the rent will be $400 pwk (2 weeks bond) inclusive of bills. foxtel and wifi are available and included in rent. i'm on the 2nd floor in a block of 8 units. the age range of the neighbours is 20's to 80's lolz. everyone is fairly friendly and quiet. i'll put pics up shortly :)
I'm a short 4min walk from oatley strain station. i live right next to the RSL and am 100m from the shops and amenities that Frederick St. provides.
unfortunately there's a no pets policy and PUHLEASE either be ok with smoking or be a smoker.
i'm fairly nocturnal but am reasonably quiet. i study full time online. i have a few friends over every now and then but they're reasonably quiet and will be fine accommodating your needs re; sleep!
