The apartment is 5 mins walk to the beach, (for anybody who loves morning swims and runs), shops, restaurants and gym. Express bus to city, and buses to Central and Bondi Jn only 1 min away.
Looking for a friendly flatmate who is not a party animal but enjoys a laugh. Clean and tidy, likes a peaceful home environment, an occasional meal or glass of wine/beer after work, and considerate of others. Ideally over 30, full-time professional, male or female.
