| Detailed Description |
| We're offering a large sun-filled room in a spacious two bedroom terrace on Victoria Road in Marrickville. It is five minutes walk to Sydenham Station with a number of busses to Newtown and the city which leave right from the doorstep. Shops, cafes and restaurants are only two minutes walk away. You'd be living with Sam and Greta who both work and study during the week and their cat Utzon. Sam studies architecture and works as a carpenter and Greta is a journalist doing her Masters. The house has a luxurious bathroom, sunny eat-in kitchen with two other shared areas inside and a large courtyard backyard. The house is completely furnished and includes a washing machine and shared internet. The bedroom is not furnished apart from a wardrobe. We would be looking for a couple ideally, preferably in their twenties or early thirties. Minimum stay is until the end of the lease in mid February. |
