| Spacious, 3 bedroom apartment in Lane Cove. Newly renovated with a new shiny big kitchen. Main entry to apartment from beautiful leafy Landers Road, shared courtyard garden on ground floor, backs onto Epping Road with balcony (very quiet and peaceful despite backing onto the main road). Plenty of street parking available.
Only 5 minutes walk to the bus stop - buses to the city go about every 5 to 10 mins and takes about 15 mins. 10 mins walk to Lane Cove bus interchange and shops on Longueville Road including Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Medical Centre, Restaurants, Pub, etc.
The apartment is currently furnished in the common areas (lounge, dining & kitchen), however, this will slowly go as my roomies move out. So if you have furniture you would like to bring you are more than welcome otherwise I intend purchase some to furnish the house.
I'm Belinda, 24 years old and work full time (8-4 Mon to Fri) in Sport Development in Homebush. I love coming home to relax and unwind with housemates, hang out and watch tv during the week. I'm out a couple of nights a week socialising, meeting friends for dinner or going to the gym. I'm looking for a like-minded flatmate who can be part of our home, not just live in the 'spare room'. In a business profession with similar 9-5 hours would be preferable. I'm a very friendly down to earth person and am looking for someone who has a fun social personality. If you have a positive attitude to life, like having a bit of fun and pull your weight around the house to keep it clean and tidy, I want to meet you! I would like a reliable, sociable roomie with an active lifestyle, and who can talk about issues as they arise!
