| Hello,
I'm a 25 yo female looking to lease an apartment in Melbourne CBD or surrounding suburbs. I need to lease a place in late November 2014, I have all the housing essentials so all you will need is yourself and bedroom belongings, but we can discuss further to see if will work between us.
I have 2 cats, both house trained of course. I work full time in the CBD, I like to chill at home but living closer to the city I would like to go out more as I can then cut out having to get a can.
I don't mind if you're make or female just hoping to find someone so I can avoid renting a one bedroom apartment and I can't afford a 2 bedroom apartment by myself. I am looking into anything up to about $500 per week for the 2 of us, by of course up to you as well on what you can afford.
I think it would be best if there were no additional pets and this is for one house mate not for a couple. I don't mind if you're a smoker, I'm not a smoker.
