| I’m a professional female in my early 30’s looking for a like-minded long term flatmate to share my awesome house in Reservoir.
The room on offer is on the upstairs level of the 2 storey house and it has its own bathroom with separate shower and bath which is adjacent to the bedroom.
Other features in the room include wall to wall carpet, built in wardrobes, private balcony, central heating/cooling.
It is currently furnished with a queen size bedroom suite, however if you have our own furniture the room can be provided unfurnished.
About the house:
Located in a great pocket in Reservoir within close proximity to cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and public transport (buses/trams/trains – Reservoir station is approx. a 10minute walk) and Edwardes Lake.
Street parking available (no parking permits required).

A bit about me:
You’ll be sharing with me, Rebecca, a laid-back, outgoing female. I work full time Monday – Friday and in my own time I like to socialise with family and friends, travel or just kick back at home with a meal and a cup of tea or glass of wine.
I’m looking for another compatible, easy going friendly female flatmate who is employed full time, is neat and tidy, considerate and reliable.
