| Hey hey!
We are looking for a female, preferably 26 and over housemate to take the 2nd room in our share house.
I'm a Kiwi female working full time in the week and Tom the other hosuemate is Australian (G'day), a music student/musician who is super nice. Tom puts the toilet seat down, tidy, uber considerate and has his own Man Pad out the back so isn't a bother for us who are house dwellers.
The house is really tidy, we have a little garden which we have just put compost through ready for plating seedlings in. Can't guarantee we harvest much but the project is love in itself.. although the orange tree is always generous so thats a plus. I don't smoke but if you want to smoke outside thats fine.
The room comes with built in large mirror, wardrobes, drawers and other storage which is awesome. Perfect 'terrace house' size room and there is lush green plants out the window to afford you scerenity. Robyn kindly left curtains which apparently isn't a given these days which is champion. All you need is a bed.. however we do have a spare near new mattress to tide you over if need be.
We have a washer and dryer, gas cook top and oven, awesome gas heater built into the kitchen area so winters aren't heavy and the place stays pretty cool in summer when we drop the outdoor shades. Unlimited internet is available and our bills are low each 1/4 for power and stuff. Northcote High street is a 8min walk away and Croxton train station 13mins so we don't hear the traffic but get all the conveniences.
Standardly around a months bond on moving in, no surprises there. Not really a party house if that's your thing right now. I don't have photos to put up but if you want to come and check it out sweet as, good to go. |
