Has all modern fittings including dishwasher, split-system air conditioner and heater, oven, cook-top etc... Large outdoor area has BBQ, umbrella and spectacular views over Collingwood. OSP available. Neighbours are quiet and nice. I am neat, clean and friendly.
Room comes with wall-mounted television and heater, and built-in robes, and is approximately 3.5 metres squared in area. Lease does not allow pets, although I love animals, and smoking is fine if you are prepared to do it outside :) People of any age, background and orientation welcome, but unfortunately no couples. Rent is 1105 a month, bond is 1250. |
