| Hi there,
We have 2 large light filled room available in our 3 bedroom house available 18th September and 27th September in Ascot Vale.
The first room is really large (can easily FIT in a KING SIZE BED, 2 beside tables, shelves and tallboy and still has heaps of room), has built in wardrobes and gets plenty of light.
This is available 18th September.
The second room is large (can fit queen bed, tallboy and bedside table) and has mirrored built in wardobes.
This is available on the 27th September.
The house itself has wooden floorboards throughtout except in the bedrooms where they are carpeted.
It has a recently furnished KITCHEN and bathroom, seperate toilet and large backyard/entertaining area, awesome for summer!
We are close to all public transport (tram 4 minute walk, train 13 minute walk), supermarkets, cafes, pubs, post OFFICE, Maribynong walking trails, Melbourne showgrounds and a short drive to Highpoint.
We are looking for someone aged between 21 - 30, who is clean and tidy and knows the importance of paying bills and rent on time :)
Rent is $670 and unlimited wifi INTERNET $20
Bond is $670.
The room is available as of the 18th September and 27th September.
(We do have room for STORAGE if it's easier to move the bulk of your things in over the week or before move in date however)
