| Hey there,
I'm looking for a new flatmate for a 2 bedroom apartment in Bondi, 5min walk from the beach.
The combined living areas are fully furnished (lounge room and kitchen). The bedroom is currently emptybut I have an optional double bed available and some small inbuilt wardrobes. I'm looking for $280 per week and a 4 week bond with shared energy costs. There is a washing machine, dryer, foxtel and internet complimentary.
I'm 25 year old male and have my puppy living here too who you can see in some of the photos. I don't smoke, but dont mind if you do on the balcony (not inside). I've been here for about 2 years and my last flatmate just moved out to go travelling. I'm looking for a like minded female who wants to make this their home for 6 months or over. I'm very chilled about what you do here and who you have over to help make this your home too.
