ABOUT THE HOUSE: PHOTOS TO COME SOON. We have a room available in a beautiful, sunny modern home. The lounge, dining and kitchen are open planned living, with the kitchen being large with decent storage and gas cooking. Heating and cooling throughout the whole house. We have a medium sized yard, with an under cover deck area, perfect for gatherings. Bathroom and toilet are seperate, with the bathroom having both a bath and a shower. Seperate laundry room, with clothes dryer, no washing machine as of yet (as our old housemate will be taking it with them), so if you have one, all the better. We are in the perfect location, we are across the road from a mini-market, petrol station and doctors surgery, with a dental surgery 2 min walk away. Fernwood and goodlife gyms are within walking distance. The bus to Watergardens station and shopping centre is right out the front door, and only takes 5 minutes to get to the station/centre, where you will find good resturants,a library, gym, coles, woolies and assorted shops. We are a 5 min drive from the calder freeway, which is perfect for those who drive to work.
ABOUT US: Our names are Topher and Tash. We are 2 26yo Virgo Best Friends who are self-sufficient and quite personable. Topher is an artistic type with a hearty laugh and Tash loves a good geek-out with books, games, her ukulele or Doctor Who. We both enjoy the alternative/tattoo culture and we each have our own difinitive style. We are looking for someone who can either easily meld with us or even someone who can add a little something extra to the mix. If this sounds like an enviroment that you could come to love (or add to) please feel free to drop us a line. All walks of life welcome, please don't be shy.
HOUSE EXPECTATIONS: * Must be employed or a mature student * We lead a quite lifestyle, so we dont tend to have a lot of booze-ups, but guests and small gatherings are cool * No Drug or Alcohol Issues * Partners are welcome within reason * Shared housing means shared resposibilities * Preferably between the ages of 22 to 32 * Tash is a ceoliac (SILLY-YAK) so food allergies are taken into consideration * All bills are split three ways so as not to cause confusion (May vary depending on your lifestyle) * Broadband internet is available but other outlets (Foxtel etc) will be considered a personal purchase * Musical instruments are cool.... like bow-ties... lol * Must be ok with cats and rats * We understand that you may have a particular religion or cultural background, please keep in mind that we do also. * We ARE the fashion police. All attire must be run by us first. We can't have hobos or hipsters seen leaving the premisis (please take note of the rather poor humor)... lol
