| Hi there,
Sadly my current flatmate has headed overseas so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share my 2 bedroom townhouse apartment. Place is huge, 3 levels, 2 bathrooms, one with a seperate toilet, a courtyard and a shared office. The room is decent sized, it can fit a queen bed easily as well other things such as a desk, it has its own BIR and comes with a garaged carpark! Place is fully furnished and the bedroom is furnished optionally.
Additionally we are close to Victoria Park station, smith street and Johnston street and you also have the Yarra River trail right on your doorstep!
You would be sharing with me Michael. I'm a kiwi in my early thirties, I work as an art teacher and my hobbies include living healthy, cooking, travelling alot and going to art galleries among other stuff.
Looking for a chilled out, tidy, social and awesome flatmate who is happy to share the occasional meal and glass or bottle of wine. Ideally I am looking for a male but if you are female and the place is what you are looking for then I'd still love to hear from you.
