| Bedroom to rent in lovely two bedroom spacious apartment. The bedroom is light and bright and currently furnished with a futon and built in robes, however can make vacant if suits better. Weekly rent includes gas, electricity, cleaning products, toilet paper and cleaning of apartment (excluding bedroom). The apartment is first floor with secure intercom entrance and has a balcony .....overlooking the tree lined street and is surrounded by lush tall trees. The kitchen is modern and spacious with a dining area, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard and bench space and is well equipped with many appliances, including a coffee machine:) Separate to the kitchen is the good size lounge with to sofas, gas space heating and split system reverse cycle air conditioning and leads onto the balcony. The one bathroom has front load washer and dryer with a separate toilet through the bathroom. The weekly rent includes electricity, gas, cleaning products, toilet paper and cleaning of apartment (except bedroom). Brilliantly located a couple of doors away from the St Kilda Botanical Gardens, Acland St, Carlisle St and St Kilda foreshore. Public transport is also a breeze as it is close to Acland St, Carlise St and Brighton Road trams and a short walk to Balaklava train station. I am a professional female working in the city, play basketball a couple of times a week and generally social yet tame:) Looking for someone who is considerate and mature. |
