The bedroom is large and can fit a queen bed, besides and a tallboy, and has built in wardrobes and ceiling fan. Separate walk in linen cupboard available for additional storage.
Lounge room has 2 couches and coffee table giving you your own space and privacy to relax or entertain your own friends.
Own bathroom with shower with separate bath and toilet. Also another toilet downstairs.
All kitchen appliances and dinnerware supplied. Cover outdoor area for entertaining.
Great location, only 5 minutes walk to train station (30mins to CBD), bus and close to TAFE. Off street parking, quiet location.
Looking for a female who is extremely clean and willing to help with weekly household chores. Must be honest, clean, neat & tidy, with a sense of humour. Working or students will be considered.
Rent $200.00 per week + 1 month bond + electricity shared
Bedroom furniture can be supplied if required. Smokers are outside only.
