My boyfriend and I are looking for 2 more people to sign a 3 month lease and move in to this house in North Ryde with us. Rent is only $132 per week and you will get your own room. It has air conditioning, a fireplace, and a big garden. It's quite close to Macquarie University so would be good for a student.
We would like to find flatmates who are clean, friendly, eat reasonably healthy, and are a bit nerdy/alternative. We want to start a share house where we can also be friends, share some meals, and hang out together from time to time so finding the right people we click with is key. |
