Our home is warm and cosy with central heating in the winter and air con for the summer!We have a beautiful modern fully furnished two story house filled with little pieces of homely touches to make it our own. We love adding new things and want to make it your home too! We have loads of space for storage including a study perfect for anyone at uni or doing work study or just as a quiet place to cuddle up and read. The room is a front facing with two large windows to let the sun shine in with beautifully polished hard wood floors. The two door built in robe is a must have for any girl!There is a downstairs bathroom level with the bedroom which can be used just for you :) We also have a front and back yard waiting for some cute plants or a vege garden to grow. House also has a off street parking space and a beautiful back deck for summer BBQs!Perfect for anyone wanting to be a part of our Melbourne family :)
We have WIFI, a flat-screen with Fetch TV and a great collection of girlie classic DVDs. All the bills split evenly by 3. We are two fun and friendly girls from NZ age 23 and 25. We love doing things together as a flat but also like our own space and downtime too. Someone who likes to cook, share a glass of wine and go exploring around Melbourne would be the perfect fit!
