| Lovely and modern 3 bedroom townhouse in Brunswick East. The rest of the house comes mostly furnished including all white goods, a large TV in the open planned lounge/kitchen and outdoor seating (as well as a gas BBQ) on a spacious balcony. The house is located in a quiet private complex with off street parking available.
The double bedroom is medium sized and is located on the ground floor. It comes unfurnished so it’s a blank canvas to make your own. The room is close to downstairs bathroom that you would share with one other housemate. Can purchase new wardrobe ($200) with the room or not as you wish.
You'll be livilng with 2 friendly full time working professionals – 1 guy and 1 girl – who enjoy socializing, having a drink and cooking (Masterchef eat your heart out haha). Both tidy and respectful. Very chilled out :) |
