The spacious apartment offers natural light throughout, large living area with double doors opening onto a balcony area. There is a large kitchen and the bathroom offers shower and separate bath.
The apartment is painted white throughout and has beautiful parquet flooring throughout the hall, living area and bedrooms. Great location, only 3min walk to Bondi Road and 10min to Bondi beach and to Bondi Junction.
About us; female mid 20’s and male architect early 30’s, we both are professional, friendly and easy going. We are ideally looking to share with a 25-35yrs male or female professional that is friendly, reliable, clean and tidy.
The 3 bedroom apartment will be shared only “in 3 people” (sorry no couples)
