| ABOUT THE HOUSE
Stylish and modern 3 level townhouse situated between Nicholson & Lygon Sts. Only minutes from tramlines 96, 1 and 8, as well as bus stops, convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, bars and pubs.
The bottom level comprises a garage with ample storage. While there's no room for any more cars, street parking is a breeze.
Entry level contains open plan living/dining and study/studio space, as well as a bathroom and laundry. Kitchen is a joy to cook in - with dishwasher, gas stovetop and Caesarstone benches. There's also a huge outdoor terrace, perfect for entertaining and soaking up the sun (you'll have to use a bit of imagination for the wintery photo attached!).
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite, 1 shared), and even more storage space.
The house is fully-furnished, including the room on offer (we're happy to store the furniture in the garage though, if you prefer). We have super speedy NBN internet, and an air-con unit in the main living area as well as each bedroom so you can keep comfy all year round.
ABOUT THE ROOM
It's a big bedroom at the rear of the house with BIRs and an east-facing window, so you can wake up to the morning sun. Can come with queen size bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
Shared bathroom with shower and lovely deep bath.
Rent is $250/week or $1075/calendar month (excluding bills) paid monthly in advance. And bond is $1500 (6 weeks rent).
ABOUT US
You'll be sharing with 3 professionals (a couple and a single), all in our 30s. We work in advertising, film and design. We all work hard and not always regular hours, so it's not a party house. We are sociable though, and enjoy good food, good wine and a good laugh (and anything HBO).
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone similar - working professional who is friendly, responsible and considerate. Someone to have a drink or share a meal with now and then, but who is also independent and active outside the home.
