ABOUT THE LOCATION
The apartment is in a great location, only 5 minutes walking from the beach. It is also a quick walk to restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. The bus stop (333, 380 and 381) is 200m from the flat.
ABOUT THE FLAT
It is a furnished top floor 2 bedroom apartment, with an eat-in kitchen, big living room, balcony with BBQ and in-unit laundry. There is plenty of sunlight all day long and a lock-up garage is available.
ABOUT US
We are a quiet and friendly Brazilian couple, in the early 30’s, both professionals. We really enjoy to have the house pretty clean and tidy. On weekends we like to chill out at home or catching up with friends.
MONEY MATTERS
Rent is $385 per week paid fortnightly in advance and it includes Fast WiFi Internet. Electricity is not included and is around $10/week per person evenly split between everyone. A 2 week bond (fully refundable) and 2 weeks rent is required upfront when moving in.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, we would love a nice couple to join us who is easy going, house-trained, responsible, clean and tidy. A couple who like to share a bottle of wine/beer and have an occasional dinner together would be great too. But we do not mind if you are the reserved kind of person.
We have been living in this apartment for some time and have seen many people come and go. It is a home, not a backpacker-style-share-accommodation. We are all very respectful with each other and clean up after ourselves. It is also very clean and tidy and we intend it to stay that way. =)
If you are a person like us, who wants to live in a nice place, call it home and enjoy the Bondi lifestyle this is the right place for you.
