| Detailed Description |
| We are offering a furnished room in a central St. Kilda location, on Barkly Street. This penthouse apartment is very spacious, and includes all furnishings. There is a great patio with a BBQ and stunning views of St. Kilda and Luna Park.
The place comes with everything you need, including WIFI, laundry, kitchen goods, and furniture.You would also pretty much have your own bathroom. $375/week + bills. 3 month minimum lease, but can do up to 12 months if preferred. This room would be perfect for a couple.
There is also a parking space available if needed.
As for us, we're a couple in our late 20s/early 30s; a Canadian and a Kiwi, both working in hospitality. Very easy going, clean, and sociable.
We will be holding inspections the first week of July. Look forward to hearing from you.
