| Amazing opportunity to live by the beach for 6 weeks this winter! Dates the room is available are 2nd July - 12th August but slightly shorter would be considered.
I am going on an overseas trip so my room is looking for someone to live in it. The rent has been massively dropped to $200 per week including ALL bills - high speed wifi, cleaner, utilities.
You will be sharing the house with 3 other friendly housemates, all working full time, 25-32.
The house is large with a backyard, bbq, garage for storage and off street parking. It is a 3 minute walk to Freshwater beach and a 3 minute walk to the local shops, 5 minute drive to Manly or Warringah Mall.
The room is very bright, medium sized and fits a double bed and chest of drawers and shelving. It will be fully furnished with most of my personal belongings removed. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, washing machine, large kitchen and living area.
We are looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of other people, non-smoker and no party animals. We love catching up for a drink together at the end of the week but all work quite hard and need our sleep :) Full time employed or full time student only. Sorry no couples or backpackers. The rent for the duration is payable upfront. A 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required to hold the room and will be used as a bond for the duration of your stay.
