| My apartment is nicely furnished, I have a spare room that I am looking to rent out to a clean, tidy & friendly person. I have a livingroom telly with Foxtel. The bathroom is shared. Kitchen is newly fitted.
Rent will be $300 including bills, exclusing food. Room to rent has a triple built in wardrobe & views of Watsons Bay. Bus stop is literally outside my front door and the wharf is a beautiful 5 minute walk.
The apartment building is clean & well maintained, very quite and friendly.
I park my car on the street, directly outside the apartment block, parking is easy & safe.
I am looking to make a friend & share my home with a young professional who is clean, tidy & respectable. I like to have fun, I exercise and socialise with friends.
