The apartment is fully furnished with internet access, 25 meter outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area, fully fitted kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/living/dining area and balcony area. There are plenty of unrestricted car parking spaces available next to the apartment block.
The apartment is in a low rise stylish apartment block, close to restaurants, cafes and bars. It is only also only 10 minutes walk to Darling Street's shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It is a short walk to transport links on Victoria Road and the CBD. The Bay Run is also within walking distance.
As for who you will be living with - I'm a friendly, relaxed, female professional in my early 30s. I'm sociable, have a fairly demanding job Monday - Friday, but enjoy going out and keeping fit. I like my own space sometimes, but I'm more inclined to be sociable with a flatmate over a glass of wine/takeaway. I'm looking to share with someone who is equally sociable (but not looking to party every night), independent, respectful, clean and tidy. |
