| Hi All, My name is Nicky!

I live In Toorak very close to the Toorak Village & Orrong Road.
My apartment is a large 2 bedroom, Study, 1 bathroom and kitchen
Its been freshly painted and re-carpeted in the last 6 months and the bedroom spaces are BIG unlike all the new places in the area which are shoe boxes.
*Tram at front door, seconds from Toorak Village!
*Garage can be rented also, see below.
The main living area is HUGE! It's stunning and has gorgeous outlook with almost floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful leafy aspect and views at night. You can actually see the fireworks when they go off ,not that that's a major selling point haha, but you can!)
Bedroom for rent (2nd bedroom) is a double sized room, easily fits a big queen or king bed, side table, desk, tall boy or desk etc. Includes built in wardrobe. Large window full length or room which provides great natural light. Modern Blind which blocks out the light if you are a bad sleeper!
I'm looking for a flatmate (preferably a female) as i have lived with guys way too much! Please note if you are a male i wont shun you off.
Not interested in Party goers or people who get wasted 24/7. Would much prefer a healthy person who likes to look after themselves. I am also looking for someone who is tidy and takes pride of their living space. Someone who would share leaning / tidying. I am a neat and tidy person so you have no worries with moi.
Rent per week is $300 and it includes WIFI.
Rent per week + 1 garage + WIFI would be $340.
Bills would be split (Water, Gas, Electricity)
You have the option of a fully furnished room or happy for you to bring your own stuff. Your choice. (If you want my furniture you would have a queen size bed, nice sheets and pillows and doona and covers etc. + a TV if you wanted one in your room and table top, and chest for all your nick naks etc)
House also has all furniture etc. Leather couches, Tv, Artwork and i do not require any cooking or kitchen stuff. Its all there already!
Washing Machine and Dryer also on Premises.

I work pretty hard but also have a good balance and social life.
I am friendly and kind and told Im quite funny
I LOVE puppy dogs (don't have one yet) SORRY I dislike cats ....... immensely. If you have a lilttle pooch and they are clean and not hairy or dirty I'd be happy for them to come and live here too.
I love to cook but during the week i mostly eat out to save time cooking. Weekends I love to cook up stuff and catch up with my friends. I am a summer girl and if we had the added bonus of becoming friends we would be hitting the beach at every possible opportunity. If you are more of a private person I am very independent and don't mind if you need your own space.
I am also in the process of trying to get fit! Im on a mission to get my 18 yr old bod back. So HEALTHY people only. PS NO DRUGGIES. i love to go out and have fun occasionally but my disco days and nights in sleezy bars are well over.Basically I am pretty responsible but not an old snoot!
