| I have a lovely queen sized room available in Preston. The room has built in wardrobe and access to a small smokers/drying terrace.
Apartment is 2 minutes away from Woolworths, Aldi & Preston Market, and a short 5 min walk to Preston station. There is a secure entrance and carpark also.
The apartment is light and modern with all the conveniences - dishwasher, heating & aircon in the lounge (heats/cools the whole apartment nicely). The apartment is furnished with everything - TV, Sofa, fridge etc so all you need to bring is your bedroom stuff (still room for more furniture if necessary).
I am a 25 year old laid back kiwi girl who works in an office job in the CBD. I am usually home after work/grym around 7-8pm, and leave in the morning around 7:30am. On weekends I enjoy catching up with friends, cooking, and having a drink. I keep pretty quiet during the week, and would be looking for someone who keeps similar hours.
