| My housemate is moving out sometime in June (dates to be confirmed but most likely early in the month) so am looking for a friendly, easy going person to fill her room, female is preferred. The apartment is in a complex in Southbank with an outdoor pool, spa, tennis court and gym. There is a tram stop right outside that goes to the beach or into the city, otherwise it's about a 15 minute walk to Bourke St. Parking is often available in the street otherwise you can sometimes rent a secure parking space from one of the other apartments in the complex (I have the apartment parking spot for my company car). The room has a built in double wardrobe and can come with a bed otherwise it will be empty, the rest of the apartment is furnished. You will be sharing the apartment with me, I'm 26 year old female from New Zealand working as a sales rep. I enjoy being social, active and pretty much anything, am easy going and pretty relaxed. Bond is $1125 plus one month rent in advance (rent is paid monthly so $1,000 each) and we currently put in an extra $100 a month to cover the power and any other apartment costs otherwise it can be used for a joint dinner or whatever, we can figure that out later. Would prefer a long term housemate that works full time, is social and easy going. The person to fill the room would have to go on the lease and be approved by the property company even though the lease is only month to month. The apartment isn't big enough for couples so please singles only and no pets.
