| The apartment is located about 30 minutes away from city, with great access to public transport, close proximity to Coles and facing the park in Zetland. Another Coles is expected to at East Village by the end of the year.
The apartment is fully furnished. However, you will have to furnish your own room. Kitchen is fully equipped for daily cooking. Cleanliness is essential. General expenses will be equally divided amongst us.
Details about myself. I'm an outgoing and easy going person who likes playing sports. Due to work I am mostly not in the apartment besides night time and weekends.
What I'm looking for in a housemate is an easy going person who is not too fussy. Cleanliness and tidiness is essential. I'm hoping to rent to a working class person who is thinking of renting for more than 6 months. We will discuss in details as to what the terms and conditions are. Kindly email me if you are interested as I don't answer the phone while I'm at work. Viewing of room can be done during the weekend with appointment. |
