| I have a large bedroom with double size built ins and an ensuite available on its own private downstairs level. The unit itself is modern, furnished, with air con and a large balcony. The bedroom will be unfurnished once my housemates move out. The secure apartment building is located in the lovely and quiet suburb, forest lodge, Glebes secret back garden. Only a ten min walk to all the restaurants, bars, public transport and cafes Glebe point road has to offer. Bond is 4 weeks rent and rent needs to be paid two weeks in advance. This room would be ideal for a young professional or a couple. Rent would increase by $50 a week for a couple. Bills will be split evenly between the tenants. I'm a 28 year old professional that is pretty easy going, clean and I don't mind a couple of drinks after work :) |
