| We have a spacious bedroom in our single storey brick house located right next to Newington and Sydney Olympic park

There is ADSL2+ WiFi Through out the house (Unlimited Usage) The Rent Includes all Bills (electricity, Water, Gas & Internet)
There is an internal Laundry with washing Machine and Dryer and 2nd Fridge/Freezer.
2nd Bathroom which has a Large Shower, Bathtub and 2nd Toilet. We also have Indonesian Satellite TV in the Loungeroom (My Wife is Indonesian) Have a medium sized backyard with clothes line.
In the house is myself, my Wife and our 2 children. We have a large Open Style Kitchen and Dinning Room. You will have use of all the facilities.
There is also an inbuilt Garage if you need to store a few things, depending on size.
We are right near the M4 and Parramatta road with easy access to Parramatta and the city.
we are situated right behind Newington and a short 15 Minute walk to Sydney Olympic Park and bus stops which can take you to Strathfield station 7 Days a week.(525 or 526 Route) which can take you to Strathfield Station in around 15 Minutes
There is Also a Bus stop(544 Route) 2 Minutes down the road which can take you to Auburn Train Station (10 Minutes) or to Macquarie University (20 - 25 Minutes)
Express Train from Auburn Station come every 5 Minutes and takes around 25 Minutes to the City. Trains To Parramatta take around 15 Minutes.
Newington Shops are only a 5 minute drive away as well as all the Major Warehouses along Parramatta road. |
