| Our 3 bedroom apartment occupies 1 female and a couple ,we are all employed full time on varied rosters ,1-monday to friday, 1-tuesday to saturday and 1-shift work flying in and out, aged 24-26 .
The single room available will be sharing a bathroom with one other occupant and the couple have an on suite.
We are seeking a flatmate who is wanting a HOME, this is not a party house or a crash pad. We are looking for someone considerate ,honest,respectful,clean, and a non-smoker.
Our apartment has a decent balcony , Road parking.
15 min walk to Bondi junction, 2 min walk to bus stops on Bondi road, 10 min walk to Bondi beach.
We look forward to having a bbq together every now and then and someone to respect our apartment.
The room is a medium size room, unfurnished. $240 per week plus bills (Unlimited internet,foxtel and electricity) are split.
Room available monday 28th April
Apologies- no couples or backpackers,or pets.
