| Detailed Description |
| We are looking for a flatmate to rent a room in our apartment.
We are 28 year old male and a 26 year old female. We enjoy socialising, exercise, some drinks when the occassion presents itself (but not keen on a party house) and the beach.
Our current flatmate is moving out, but has offered to leave his bed in the room if needed. There is a built in wardrobe and you will be sharing a bathroom with only one other person.
The apartment is literally a 500 metre walk to the beach and close to the cafes and shops. There are bus stops which go to town, Bondi Junction, Randwick and Maroubra within a 500m walk of the apartment as well. |
